In the real world is hierarchy in the government and the police places like Mexico were the police uses the tactic “intimidation” too give them money so they can see there family gain or they can go home , example summery , much evidence indicates that have been around for thousands for years in resent years the attraction of corruption and drug distribution using other peoples money
The use of other peoples money(the public) those who supply the drug or give the money is part of the criminal act of corruption among the act of corruption the dealers and the suppliers have a sense of communication and authorisation and comply to some of the regulations this is why they use the “Tax Systems” e.g. “they do it under the retail market prices”
they also use the industry of high CEO officials to give them the industry control so they can get in the sector of the prenatally system and policy wages and public wages and the public law process it is not possible to measure the corruption in the world but they can make precautions witch is made by various companies so they don’t get a way with it so there is no negative impact
the meaning of power (“in the law act “):
the word power tis part of our society since the world was created , the hierarchy was one of them were the is a system were people go up in a Oder were he a E.G CEO official is bribed or given money to get them in to the company. their power of the CEO official is abused by taking a bribe by some body who want to cheat the system
one the ways people can get through the system is (taxation)
taxes are based on laws that were set on the government officials witch are getting the contact and help from the( tax man) or tax inspectors , most say that they are the leading cause of corruption in some cases also going back to my point of intimidation they use there power of dead line to intimidate the frequent payer to may the set amount of money by a set amount of time
Also they use the wages of other government officials to take ands make the these government officials to have low wages so the higher government officials have a higher wage the ACT of corruption is not easily discovered or just ignored because the (tax man) the tax inspector takes so much money any way he /she fly’s below the radar
the administrator producers (create the criteria for the section for tax payer admins ) this department lacks transparency or are not closely monitored and corruption happens within the custom administrators the tax administrators use discretions

the quality of the bureaucracy varies among the status of the countries in some places some jobs give the city/country status in other places much less so many factors of this are the jobs the status of the country
